Photography Monthly Podcast 15

Photography Monthly editor Grant Scott and assistant editor Sean Samuels discuss the winners and losers of this year’s TIPA Awards. Every year, editors from the international technical press get together to vote for the best photo and imaging products introduced to the market during the previous 12 months. They take into account innovation, the use of technology, design, ease of use and price. This year Grant flew to New York to sit on the panel of judges. There were some surprising nominations and some familiar faces. Listen to this special recording to find out more.

And the winners are...

Win a copy of Breaking Ice by Jan Vermeer

This book documents the planet’s expansive polar regions. Award-winning Dutch nature photographer Jan Vermeer spent many months visiting the coldest regions of the world to capture and document some extraordinary events and magical moments. He seeks to portray the unusual and has photographed everything from Antarctic gulls swooping down on him, to king penguins’ courtships and mother polar bears playing with their young without a trace of aggression. The backdrop to all the images in the book is a grand decor of snow, ice and rocks.

For your chance to win simply answer the question below correct:
