The Tours and Workshops offer a minimal amount of group tuition, but offer as much individual guidance and tuition as possible , when this is required. The Tours and Workshops offer a minimal amount of group tuition, but offer as much individual guidance and tuition as possible , when this is required.

The philosophy is to give clients the photographic freedom, to indulge their passion for photography and take in the atmosphere of the subject and location , without constant interference. But will be available when and where required for help and guidance.

I will however offer guidance on a group basis, out in the field, when I feel this is required .

In many instances this will not be possible , due to the nature of our subject, and the fact that if you give a location or subject to a group of photographers, everyone will have their own idea or view of the subject. This is what makes photography so interesting, seeking to encourage this by asking clients to ask their own questions, and develop their own style.

With successful wildlife photography being as much about the knowledge of your subject as much as the photographic techniques. Information is offered regarding behaviour and the habits, that give us an insight into our subject that is a is the foundation of successful wildlife photography, to enable us to predict when and where our subject will be, and predict the subjects actions.

Osprey Workshop Scotland

Our Osprey Photography Workshop offers the best opportunity to photograph Osprey’s in the UK, if not the whole of Europe.

This must be one of the most exciting sessions of photography a wildlife photographer can encounter.

Lee will guide you with the best techniques and settings, and be on hand throughout the session. Our second guide will help us predict the locations of the Osprey as they come in to fish, with the aid of two way radios.
"you will never get closer to a fishing Osprey than this".
