Sony's latest and greatest a7 range

Sony a7R

Sony has been a busy little bee, announcing a host of new products including its new full-frame a7 range.

Sony has introduced the new a7, a full-frame Exmore CMOS sensor camera with 24.3MP all in a practical small body for high-quality images on the go. Joining the a7 in the range is the even more compact a7R. Offering up 36.4MP and also full-frame the a7R is suitable for those who want the best quality shots from a camera that’s compact enough to easily pop in your bag.

Also joining the Sony ranks is the new Cybershot RX10 bridge camera which aims to offer DSLR-style creative power without the need to carry interchangeable lenses. It has a 20.2MP Exmor R CMOS sensor and features NFC and Wi-Fi sharing. Lastly are the new compact and light E mount lenses, which will be compatible with the new a7 and a7R.
