New Elinchrom Quadra Lithium-Ion Battery

Elinchrom have launched a new lithium-ion battery for Elinchrom Ranger Quadra.

The new Ranger Quadra lithium-ion battery is reported to be 60 per cent lighter and 28 per cent smaller than the existing lead gel battery, reducing the total weight of the Ranger Quadra to 2kg.

This new, smaller lithium ion battery is said to power more than double the number of flashes achieved by the existing lead gel battery and reportedly recharges from flat 25 per cent faster.

The prices have been issued as follows:

Lithium-Ion Battery with Charger- £300
Lithium-Ion Battery- £234
Charger for Lithium-Ion Battery- £102
Quadra Li-Ion 1 head 'A' Kit- £1386
Quadra Li-Ion 2 head 'A' Kit- £2050
(Kits include 2 x lithium-ion batteries, 1 x charger, 1 x Quadra RX pack, 1 or 2 x heads, 1 or 2 x cables, 1 x hard case, 1 x pack strap, 1 x Skyport transmitter)
