The 2010 BIPP Tour begins!
Beginning with the Photovision Roadshow at Murrayfield Stadium on 30 March, BIPP will be on Tour! BIPP will be at all 8 Photovision Roadshows in 2010, offering qualifications mentoring to professional photographers. We’re then staying on for another day, holding workshops, mentoring and qualification assessments. Aimed at photographers who would like the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s leading photographers, the chance to qualify with BIPP and gain constructive criticism on their photography.
Day One
The Tour begins in Edinburgh, with informal qualifications mentoring at the Photovision Roadshow at Murrayfield Stadium, moving on to Stevenson College for Day Two.
Day Two
The second day starts with a half day workshop with Jack Eames ABIPP, Fashion & Hair Photographer. Jack will take you through the initial stages of the build up to a fashion/hair shoot, what the role of the photographer is and how to source inspiration for a shoot and develop a style. There will be a practical demonstration of a lighting setup, and how to get the best out of your model - be they professional or amateur.
In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to have an informal portfolio session with one of BIPP’s certificated assessors or to submit your work for qualification assessment.

Day One at the Photovision Roadshow: no charge, but call to book a mentoring slot.
Day Two, including workshop, mentoring & lunch: BIPP members £49, Non Members £65, Students £10
Qualification Submission Fee (if applicable): £50

Qualifications
Photographers planning on submitting for formal qualifications or upgrades should have their application form, digital working profile & CD of images, along with the submission fee, at Head Office 6 weeks prior to the assessment.
