Canon adds to compact range
Canon has released a number of compacts aimed at photographers looking for advanced point and shoot cameras.

Additional functionality includes the camera’s motion and face detection, which the company says can help avoid “the disappointment of mistimed portraits,” and a self-timer that waits until the user enters the frame before shooting.
