Make the most of your digital images

May Cover

The arrival of digital technology is one of the most exciting innovations in the history of photography. The capacity to shoot and review images instantly offers the potential to improve your pictures no end, allowing you to refine composition and exposure as you go, and keep only the good images. Of course, the flipside of this is that you end up keeping more and more digital files – often without ever printing them out!

That’s why we’ve brought you Make the most of your digital images, the third and final free supplement in this series. As its name suggests, this supplement is all about making the most of your images. On the following pages we’ll take you right through the digital ‘workflow’ process – from downloading images from the camera to converting Raw files, organising them, backing up, printing out, uploading to the web and making your own online gallery.

There’s even a great new Kodak ESP 9 all-in-one printer to win (see page 30). Although this is the last supplement in our series, don’t worry: every month the magazine is packed with ideas and inspiration for what to do with your pictures and reviews of the latest equipment and software to make those creative ideas a reality. In the meantime, enjoy this  supplement, enjoy your photography and I’ll see you next month in PM.
