Hayling Island
Hayling Island’s south coast offers classic shingle and sand covered beaches separated by long wooden groynes. “I find the wooden defences very photogenic and often try to capture them with waves rushing back towards the sea,” says Adam Burton. Due to their orientation, these beaches can be shot both at sunrise and sunset. (Picture by Adam Burton)
