Maidens Rock
Maidens Rock is a fin-shaped volcanic outcrop on the Fife coastline. It’s best photographed during the summer at low tide, when the sunset moves beyond due west and the sharp rocks in front (shown here) catch the setting sun. It’s just a short walk along the Kinkell Braes.(Picture by Simon Powis)
