Loch Ard

A small, sheltered loch in the Trossachs National Park, Loch Ard is surrounded by beautiful oak and birch woodlands. It also offers superb views of Ben Lomond, which dominates the horizon to the west. The scenery looks most stunning during autumn and winter. (Picture by Peter Paterson)
